• How do I download the game?

  A free trial version of any game with 60 minutes of free game play for your evaluation can be downloaded from the appropriate product page on our website www.playrix.com.

• How do I install the game?

  To install a game, please download and save the setup file on your hard drive. Double-click on this file (e.g. riseofatlantis.exe) and it will guide you through the installation process. It's that easy! Then you can start playing right away without being connected to the Internet!

• I downloaded and installed the game successfully but it doesn’t open or says "Could not reset the direct 3D device. This sample will now exit"; or after clicking the Start Game button the following message appears: "The method call is invalid. For example, a methods parameter may have an invalid value"; or the game is very slow and jerky.

  If you have a video card with at least 32 Mb of video memory, please install the latest graphics driver from your video card manufacturer. If you are having problems at any stage of the process, please contact our customer support service for assistance.

• How can I pay for my game?

  Order processing is handled by our reputable e-commerce partner – RegNow, a Digital River company and online payment security is guaranteed by the industry-leading technology. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express (USD only), Discover (USD only), Visa Check Card, Eurocard and MasterMoney);

  Click the Buy Now button on the game page and go to the Order Form where you will be asked to enter your contact details and select the applicable billing option from the drop-down menu "Payment Method".

• I paid for the game but it still says "Buy Now".

  You need to download the full version of the game on your computer. The link to download the full version is sent out automatically at the e-mail address you specified when placing the order. All you need to do is click on the link, download and install the game anew. All of your progress in the game will be saved.

• I purchased the game but did not get the full version.

  The link to download the full version of the game is sent out automatically as soon as your order is processed at the e-mail address you specified during the payment procedure. If you have not received the order confirmation e-mail within a few hours it could have been blocked by spam-filtering software. Please, contact our customer support service via e-mail and we will send you the required info promptly.

• I mistakenly ordered the wrong game/two copies of the same game.

  No problem! We are happy to assist you in this matter. Please contact our customer support service via e-mail and we will get back to you promptly.

Games

• The game used to work but now I cannot open it.

  In this case you need to reinstall the game. Please uninstall the game through the included uninstaller (START -> Programs -> The name of the game -> uninstall). If you kept the original downloaded file, use it. If not, re-download the game from our site.

• The game is slow or jerky, there are problems with the graphics, or the game loads and then flashes back to desktop.

  The problem can be caused by the video card or the graphics driver and can be resolved in most cases.

  Please send us your brief PC specs.

  Choose 'run...' from the START menu, or press Windows button + R at the same time.

  Type in: dxdiag and hit ENTER. It will give you a comprehensive report.

  Choose 'SAVE' all information at the bottom and save it as a .txt file.

• I lost my game and the link to download the full version due to hard drive failure. How do I get it all back?

  To receive the link to download the full version of the game, please, contact our customer support service via e-mail and we will send you all the necessary information.

• I downloaded and installed Fishdom™ successfully but it says “Assertion Failed”.

  We need to know the exact message that you receive in order to help you. Please, send us the exact error message or make a screenshot. To make a screenshot, please, do the following:

  Run the game and press Print Screen (PrtScr) button -> stop the program -> click on Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint. When the program opens, please, click on 'Paste' on your keyboard. You will see the screenshot, save it on your hard drive and attach to your reply. Please send this file to support@playrix.com.

• How many aquariums can I create in Fishdom™?

  You can create and decorate just 3 aquariums. If you want more, create a new player and start the game all over again.

• What do I need to do to earn the next cup in Fishdom™?

  To earn the next cup, fill up your fish, beauty and comfort meters to 100%.

• I am stuck on Levels 63 or 64 in 4 Elements™.

  On level 63 you won’t be able to clear the metal square at the bottom. The design of that level is for you to progress through the upper part before the stones fall down. As you make your way across the upper part of the screen if you don't beat the flow across the bottom, the arrows fire and trigger the stones to fall in the upper part. So the objective is to go extremely fast across the upper part of the screen and get past the stones before they fall.

  On level 64 you need to collect two power-ups (Spade and Bomb) while the energy flows.

  If you have come to the point where energy stops flowing and you don't have the bonuses, we would suggest starting the level over.

• How can I move an item piece away from the wall in Call of Atlantis™?

  To move an item piece away from the wall, try to make a chain of 2 matching tiles on top of the piece with a third one either to the left or to the right from it to swap it with.
